Microsoft Portugal announces Bruno Marques as new Director of Business Applications – News Center
AN Microsoft Portugal announces the appointment of Bruno Marques like Director of the Business Unit of business applications, role performed by Pedro Lourenço, who now assumes roles at Microsoft Western Europe.
With over 3 years at Microsoft and over 15 years in the Business Applications area, Bruno Marques will be responsible for the strategy, technique and execution of the business business business applications in the Portuguese market. The person responsible began a career as a consultant and later as a business manager in companies such as Procensus, LCG, ROFF, Accenture and Deloitte.
According to Bruno Marques, Director of the Business Unit of Microsoft Portugal Business Applications: “It is with great enthusiasm that I embrace this challenge in one of Microsoft’s biggest investment areas. Recent investments make our platform one of the most complete ERP and CRM cloud solutions on the market, fully integrated with the rest of Microsoft’s ecosystem, namely Power Platform and Office 365. We will continue to consolidate our presence in Enterprise accounts in the Portuguese market and we will reinforce our commitment to the SME and MidMarket segments, always with the same objective of supporting our customers and partners in their journey of digital transformation. ”
In the remaining solution areas, Paula Fernandes continue to lead an area of Modern Work, as Director of the Collaboration & Security Business Unit, and Moor John, as Surface Business Unit Director.
Luis Silva, from 2018 at the head of the Azure Business Unit, will join the Azure team in Western Europe as Azure Acquisition Lead from 1 December.
