This Wednesday, November 24, 2021, the eve of Sainte-Catherine (“where all wood takes root”, as the popular saying goes), Pierre Hurmic presented the season 2 of “Bordeaux Grandeur Nature”, the city’s greening program.

Construction companies face fines
Article 3 of the tree rights declaration states, for example, that “the tree must be considered as a subject of law, including vis-à-vis the rules which govern human property”.
