State Duma Deputy Speaker Anna Kuznetsova (United Russia faction) said this to TASS, commenting on the adoption by the lower house of parliament in the second reading of the draft federal budget for 2022 and the planning period of 2023-2024.

“I would like to note that amendments to the draft budget, which we proposed earlier, were adopted to increase housing costs for people with disabilities who were on the waiting list until 2005, to expand funding for a long-term project for people with disabilities and the elderly,” Kuznetsova added.
