In Lisbon, Gastronomic Workshop promoting healthy and sustainable food – News
“Eat without leaving a footprint” (Casa das Letras edition), offers us a manual of good practices for a conscious diet. It also breaks ideas made: healthy and balanced on the compact plate with a better world and savings in your wallet. A work written by six hands, with contributions from Cláudia Cordovil, Teresa de Herédia and Diogo Noronha, which will have a public presentation with a workshop that will involve the three authors.
The action that takes place on November 29, Monday (13:30), at the ISA-Instituto Superior de Agronomia, Lisbon | Salão Nobre, will touch on underlying issues of the book: environment, nutrition and cuisine and tasty recipes to take care of ourselves and the planet. Moment for participants to accompany the authors in a workshop on conscious eating.
In the audience, ISA students, professors and collaborators of the institution and other people studied for the contents of the work.
Remember that Cláudia Cordovil, Professor at ISA-Institute of Agronomy, Teresa de Heredia, nutritionist and Diogo de Noronha, chef, teamed up to create a book that combines science, nutrition and cooking with recipes that promote sustainable and environmentally friendly, contributing to a smaller nitrogen footprint and, at the same time, healthy and balanced from a nutritional point of view.
Attendance at the presentation and workshop must be confirmed to [email protected] and/or [email protected]
