First bet, official sports betting partner of AS Monaco in Africa

Sugar Mizzy November 23, 2021

AS Monaco is pleased to announce the partnership with Premier Bet, leader in the field of iGaming, which becomes the official sports betting partner of the Club in Africa for two seasons.

Premier Bet becomes the first official regional partner of AS Monaco in Africa, thus enabling the Monegasque club, which also relies on regional partners in Russia and Asia, to strengthen its international presence. Thanks to this collaboration, Premier Bet, which will benefit from visibility in Africa via the virtual LED technology of the Stade Louis-II during AS Monaco matches in Ligue 1 Uber Eats, consolidates its ambition to become the number one operator in the iGaming sector in Africa over the next five years.

A special link between AS Monaco and Africa

Today, the betting brand is present in eighteen markets, has millions of customers on its online platforms and strong plans to expand its presence in Africa. Its state-of-the-art payment technology infrastructure provides it with over 120 payment integration points, while the support of over 2,500 retailers and 90,000 kiosks gives it unparalleled presence and credibility.

In its history, AS Monaco has often enabled young African footballers, like George Weah, who later became a Golden Ball, and more recently Krépin Diatta, to develop and fulfill their dream of play at the highest level. The partnership, which strengthens this link between the Club and this territory, will allow fans to get closer to AS Monaco by giving them the opportunity to win exceptional prizes, access to unique content and experiences “the money can’t buy, as well as exclusive products and services, only available at Premier Bet.

This new partnership begins with an ambitious new multi-media advertising campaign, throughout the 2021/22 season, in the various countries where Premier Bet operates.

This new partnership demonstrates the attractiveness of our Club, beyond its borders. Collaborating with Premier Bet is proof of our desire to display our visibility in new territories. Africa is a real football ground and we look forward to developing the Club’s presence there through this collaboration with Premier Bet.

Oleg PetrovVice-President General Manager

Martin Nieri, CEO of Premier Bet
“AS Monaco is synonymous with innovation and the development of talented footballers, especially in French-speaking African countries. The success of the Club in the field is linked to its innovation which it demonstrates outside. AS Monaco is preparing to become a digital pioneer, as we are doing at Premierbet.com. As Premier Bet seeks to strengthen its position in key markets such as Senegal and Cameroon, it is our intention that this unique partnership will help develop brand awareness and grow it, while also providing millions of fans base in Africa for exciting new ways to experience Premier Bet ”.

Oleg Petrov, Vice-President Director General of AS Monaco
“AS Monaco is proud to forge this partnership and thus to continue its development at the international level. This new partnership demonstrates the attractiveness of our Club, beyond its borders. Collaborating with Premier Bet is proof of our desire to display our visibility in new territories.
