EuroMillions: an exceptional draw in Belgium
The EuroMillions draw leaves Paris for the first time.

THEThe Euromillions draw will take place on December 3 at the Bruges Town Hall. This is the first time that EuroMillions has left its Parisian studio, it will do so to pay tribute to the first lottery draw in history, in 1441 on the Grand-Place in the Venice of the North. A jackpot of 130 million euros will be won.
“The EuroMillions draws always take place in a sort of bunker in Paris, it is completely unique that it is organized in Bruges”, confirms the managing director of the National Lottery, Jannie Haek.
The draw will take place in the Gothic hall of the town hall. Many security measures will be taken. A study of the stability of the room was as well as checks of the humidity rate. During the draw, the bells will be stopped to prevent any shaking. “A total of five trucks and a team of 38 people will be on site to make sure the draw goes smoothly. “
An exceptional Lotto draw will also take place, with € 3 million at stake.
