3 years in prison required against the former deputy director of the Saint-Michel high school
Three years in prison with a committal warrant were required against Jean-Marie Boasso, the former deputy director of the Saint-Michel Catholic educational establishment in Annecy. Now 53 years old, he responds this Tuesday, November 23, 2021, before the judicial court of Annecy, of possession of child pornography images, invasion of privacy by fixation, recording of the image one person, and two sexual assaults. The facts took place between January 2015 and May 2018. Seven families are on the benches of the civil parties.
The prosecutor also asked for socio-judicial follow-up for 7 years, with registration with the FIJAIS, injunction for treatment, with a ban on coming into contact with minors.
The facts took place between January 2015 and May 2018. Seven families are on the benches of the civil parties. Everything starts from the denunciation of a young boy then aged 13, on his return from a camp in La Frasse in 2018 , where the establishment has a summer camp. His testimony will snowball; after the “rumors of too much proximity to young male students” which have been running for several years, speech is freed. Students evoke “the game of little Indians”, “guilis” on the stomach, “little kisses on the neck close to the mouth, caresses in the hair”; in the corridors, we talk about this “little fan club that comes to Mr. Boasso’s office to get candy”. “I am not saying that I have not had emotional behavior with children” he admits.
Two requests from the home and the office will update the possession of 974 child pornography images. Also videos where this former national commissioner of the Scouts of France indulged in onanist practices in front of photos, including one taken from a classroom.
“I had installed cameras in the showers of the holiday center,” admitted at the hearing the former deputy director. In the center, sexual material was also found in his room.
