Who is the youngest director of the sports school in our country and what motivates him in the new field after the many titles and medals from the state championship and swimming tournaments? The 33-year-old swimmer Yancho Stoychev from Burgas is in the top 3 of the youngest directors in Bulgaria. He is a butterfly record holder and a republican champion.

Two at the age of 20, Yancho became a coach with a serious role in the “Breeze” club.

According to him, there are two requirements – discipline and diligence. “If you fulfill them in every way, there is no way to fail,” he said.

In the first place, he fulfills these requirements to set an example. “From the 6th grade to the age of 20, I have rules for 10 trainings during the week for an hour and a half,” Stoychev recalls. The swimmers under his leadership have over 500 medals.

“The idea to become the director came after consultations with my family and a lot of reflection,” he revealed.

His coach Sonya Stoycheva says that he has always been very studious.
