According to her, in these municipalities of Ugra, there is a consistently high incidence rate. Kudryavtseva explained that those who have not been vaccinated and have not been sick can become infected, it is necessary to take measures to protect their health. She also stressed that these are the measures that the Russian region went to to reverse the situation with the incidence.
Earlier it was reported that the Ugra authorities were the first in Russia to introduce mandatory self-isolation for the unvaccinated, a measure to act for residents of Nefteyugansk, Nyagan, Urai and settlements of the Kondinsky region. Self-isolation for the unvaccinated will be valid from November 22 to December 5. It is clarified that the restriction does not apply to citizens who have had coronavirus and supporting documents for six months. The Ugra authorities explained that unvaccinated residents leave their homes to visit grocery stores, pharmacies, take out the trash and help elderly relatives.
