Peter Sagan sentenced for injuring police officers in Monaco
This Monday, our colleagues from Nice-Matin reported that Peter Sagan, future rider of the Team TotalEnergies team, was sentenced to a fine of 5,000 euros (plus a fine of 100 euros) after being checked the night of April 25, drunk, in a conduit by his brother, breaking the curfew instructions due to the pandemic of Covid-19. As a reminder, the Slovak cycling champion had a physical struggle when the police pulled him out of the vehicle. One of the police officers had at the time been wounded in the hand which had earned him two days of ITT. The Slovakian feared by being arrested being forced to be vaccinated.
