Disappearance of Delphine Jublar: we know whether Cédric will remain in prison or not, the Toulouse Court of Appeal has ruled
Cédric Jubillar, the husband of the missing nurse, is suspected of the murder of his company. The Toulouse Court of Appeal issued its decision on his request for release.
The return to freedom for Cédric Jublar is not for now. The lawyers of the husband of the missing nurse had pleaded a new request for release on November 16.
Cédric Jubillar was indicted on June 18. It is suspected of the murder of his company Delphine who disappeared during the night of December 15 to 16, 2020. The nurse left no trace and mysteriously vanished.
Last closed hearing
His last hearing on November 16 was held behind closed doors, in particular to protect his children present at the hearing. “I never hurt Delphine,” he said before the press was asked to leave the room.
He also continues to claim his innocence and his lawyers, denounced an empty file.
Presumed innocent, Cédric Jubular remains in prison, the Toulouse Court of Appeal has ruled.
Research to find the body continues
Eleven months after the disappearance, searches continue in the surroundings of Cagnac-les-Mines to find the body, which could reveal clues. To this day, it remains untraceable.
