Toulouse: 7 days a week, home delivery of coke was going strong
Investigators from the judicial police put an end to drug trafficking with home delivery. Seven people were arrested and three presented this Friday, November 19 to an investigating judge at the Toulouse courthouse. The customer database of these modern resellers has 300 names!
The specialized police call it “traffic 3.0” or “Uber shit”. The customer does not come at the foot of a round or in a known place in the center of Toulouse looking for his herb or powder but waits for the delivery man, as for a pizza. These organizations use social networks to ensure their advertising and traffic, which allows them to avoid pressure from the police who, especially in Toulouse with the field units (anti-crime brigade and specialized field brigade) harass the deal points.

The searches did not result in a large seizure: a little weed and cannabis resin, cocaine and cutting product plus € 4,000 in cash.

But also a more classic point of deal, cited Madrid in the district of Sept-Deniers in Toulouse where the settlements were beginning to find the development of these prohibited sales unbearable.
The Toulouse prosecutor announced the indictment of the three main defendants. These boys, aged 19, 20 and 30, have been indicted for offenses against narcotics legislation (acquisition, possession, transport, offer or transfer). The prosecution requires their placement in detention which will depend on the decision of the judge of freedoms and detention this Friday at the end of the day. The other four suspects will be summoned by the investigating magistrate in the coming weeks.
Investigations are continuing and the question of the judicial future of the 300 clients (!) Reserved in the files of these new kind of traders arises. Will they be prosecuted or perhaps receive flat-rate fines of 200 …
