It was held at the Annual General Meeting April 22 principles established this year for appointing the Nomination Committee for PowerCell Sweden AB (publ). These principles were based on ownership from July 30, 2021, with another representative from Board of PowerCell. Representatives have now been appointed to the Nomination Committee.
After contacts with the company’s 20 largest shareholders per July 30, 2021PowerCell has concluded that only one of these shareholders, Robert Bosch GmbH, requested to appoint a member of the company’s nomination committee. Like last year, Robert Bosch GmbH appointed Achim Moritz as its representative in the Nomination Committee. PowerCell’s Chairman of the Board, Magnus Jonsson, has been appointed to represent the Board of the Nomination Committee.
Magnus Jonsson and Achim Moritz thereafter jointly resolved to appoint an independent third member of the Nomination Committee, in accordance with the principles for the Nomination Committee adopted by the Annual General Meeting. Lena Olving was appointed an independent member, given her independence in relation to the company, appropriate competence for the assignment and familiarity with PowerCell as a company.
In summary, the following persons have been appointed to PowerCell’s Nomination Committee in accordance with the principles adopted by the Annual General Meeting:
- Achim Moritz, represents Robert Bosch GmbH,
- Lena Olving, independent member and
- Magnus Jonsson, convening member of the Nomination Committee, representative Board of PowerCell.
PowerCell’s Annual General Meeting 2022 takes place at Gothenburg on 3 May 2022. Time and place will be announced in connection with the publication of the notice.
