35 classes closed in Côte-d’Or, according to the rectorate of Dijon
The data, stopped this Thursday at 1 p.m. and published by the rectorate of Dijon in its weekly update, says that 95 classes (1st) were closed in the academy (i.e. 1.4% of classes), including 35 in Côte – d’Or, 33 in Saône-et-Loire, 20 in Nièvre and 7 in Yonne.
In addition, the Dijon academy has three school structures out of 1,954 closed schools and schools, but none concerns the Côte-d’Or.
In detail, these are three schools out of the 1,697 of the academy that have been closed. Namely, the nursery school in La Fermeté (58), the elementary school in Chantenay-Saint-Imbert (58) and the school in Grury in Saône-et-Loire.
More than 50 cases of Covid confirmed in Côte-d’Or students
In total, 216 students out of 267,917 in the academy (i.e. 0.08%) are confirmed cases: 82 in Saône-et-Loire, 52 in Côte-d’Or, 46 in Nièvre and 36 in Yonne . Fifteen National Education staff are also positive for Covid-19.
As a reminder, before the All Saints holidays, the rectorate, in its weekly status report, reported a closed class in Côte-d’Or. On the whole of the academy of Dijon, a school was closed, in Yonne.
