New Bib stickers and defended stars. Prague has a new Michelin guide
Head to La Degustation Bohême Bourgeoise. Two Prague restaurants have retained their gastronomic Oscars. The so-called Michelin Guide is the oldest and most famous gastronomic guide in the world. Even if your business awards its star, it can add another one or remove it completely if it is removed.
Unfortunately, this year’s guide did not bring any new star for the Czech capital, but awarded at least two new Bib stickers. These are The Eatery and Dejvická 34 by Tomáš Černý.
“We are glad that we found two more restaurants that deserved to be on our list of Prague restaurants with the Bib Gourmand award. These are companies that offer high quality at an affordable price in this city, as well as honest cuisine with fantastic flavors, ”says Gwendal Poullennec, Michelin’s international director.
If you don’t get into the new red sticker of the awarded companies, make reservations for the places they defended from last year: Na Kopci, Divinis and Eska.
Michelin-inspired radars also picked up businesses such as Vinohrady Pub, a tasting restaurant inspired by modern Vietnamese cuisine Taro, QQ kitchen, which are renowned for their tasty and affordable prices, and Bock – a place where you want to have breakfast all day.
