The brothers Zatloukalová, Jiří Jelínek, Jamajka Koblicová and Daniela Litváková Čenková are from this group. They are complemented by frontman Zdeněk Hnyk, Tomáš Stloukal and Jakub Douda. The album contains songs composed in the last two years, but also the older “Stop it, stop it” and “Darling”. The title track and “Someone goes flat” are already known to fans from concert halls.
“Arranging and devising the order so that it all makes sense is a bit of a Rubik’s cube. In the end, I hope everything worked out and nothing disturbs us when listening. The alternation of all possible musical positions is sometimes surprising. And that’s exactly what what we did, “ describes the preparation of the album Bohumil Zatloukal. The Zatloukalová brothers took the original songs under the author’s thumb. The second of them – Vladimir – admits: “We wanted to record an author’s album in order to break out of the playlist of old Music Prague and show that we are able to create seeds with its atmosphere, but of course also in a different way. we are in the Petr Janda Abyss Studio, which was helpful to us in all respects.
There are also sharp cuts and bitter rock ballads. The whole result is in the packaging from the 3rd workshop studio. The author is Karel Haloun, who has already shown his art on the cover of Čechomor’s last album “Radosti života” (which is now being released in an expanded version). Music Prague Band will baptize their work in the Prague club Vagón on December 17.
