Foreigners must have medical documents within 30 days from the date of expiry of the issued certificates. For minors, this is done by parents.
The certificate can be submitted in paper form to the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on migration issues, or in electronic form, with a digital signature, to the territorial body of the department. If the document is drawn up in a foreign language, it must be translated into Russian and certified by a notary.
After submission, a certificate of receipt or an e-mail is issued to the migrant, the data is entered into the information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs within three working days from the date of receipt.
