The amatriciana party at Eataly Rome
From 19 to 21 November 2021 Eataly Rome celebrates one of the most popular and enjoyable first courses of Roman cuisine with tastings, guests, show cooking and lots of fun.
From Friday 19th to Sunday 21st November Eataly Roma organizes “La Feast of the Amatriciana “: three days dedicated to one of the most iconic dishes of Lazio cuisine. Originally from the city of Amatrice, this first course is a must on the menus of Roman taverns and beyond. Made from simple and tasty ingredients such as pasta, tomato, bacon and pecorino, over the years amatriciana has been revisited and translated into multiple versions.
On the third floor of Eataly, on the penultimate weekend of November, you can savor a rich range of culinary proposals from the most classic to the most delicious, obviously all based on amatriciana.

The Festa dell’Amatriciana will be the final event of the Week of the Amatriciana which, from 15 to 21 November, involved all the restaurants of Eataly Roma with the creation of menus dedicated to amatriciana and special dishes.
METHOD OF PARTICIPATION
The Festa dell’Amatriciana will take place on the Third Floor of Eataly Rome Friday 19th and Saturday 20th November from 19.00 to 24.00 (cash desks close at 23.30); Sunday 21 November from 12.00 to 16.00 and from 18.00 to 22.00 (cash desks close at 22.00).
