The capital has already prepared for the 3rd wave a discount for entrepreneurs from the new house of the coronavirus crisis.

In November, Prague councilors accepted a proposal for a discount for tenants who did not want to live in the area of ​​the capital city of Prague due to the subsequent crisis related to the spread of covid-19. Tenants of non-residential premises can apply for discounts no later than 31 December 2021. The amount of the discount varies according to the focus and conditions between 30% and 70% from another entity.

“We had to respond to the current situation due to further waves of covid-19 disease, which continues to have serious economic consequences for Prague entrepreneurs, which may lead to closure, increased unemployment and reduced availability of services in the capital city of Prague. The city, as the owner of the real estate, wants to support entrepreneurs so that they can maintain their establishments and thus continue their business activities, “says the councilor. m of Prague for the property area Jan Chabr.
