Ingredients
400 g curd
5 egg units
50 g of butter
100 g flour
1c. Belbake yeast tea
1 kg pear rock
50 ml of Solevita lemon juice
550 g of Belbake sugar
1 unit cinnamon stick
500 ml of water

Preparation
Preheat oven to 180º
Crush the curds with a fork and mash together with 300 g of sugar.
Add the eggs and beat with the help of an electric mixer
Butter the melted butter, flour and yeast. And keep hitting.
Pour into a mold previously greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
Bake about 15 to 20 minutes.
Peel the pears and gin.
Place them in a pan together with the lemon juice and water.
Cook over a low heat.
Once cooked, drain the water and reduce the puree with the help of a magic wand.
In the same pan, add 250 g of sugar to the pear puree. Wrap it up well.
Add the cinnamon stick and return to the heat.
After bringing to the boil, cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.
Remove from heat and let it cool: Place it in jars and tape.
Serve as pie slices with a little pear jam.
