the establishment forced to close its doors
This Friday, November 12 in Avignon, around 2:40 p.m., the firefighters responded to a flood in a restaurant located rue de la République. If the premises were only slightly affected, mainly the basement, the electricity had to be cut off urgently. Indeed, water had flowed along the electric cables.
The flood would have originated from an element internal to the restaurant. The latter, for security reasons, had to close its doors. It can only reopen after the intervention of an electrician. For the time being, about fifteen employees are therefore on technical unemployment. Note that no customer was present in the premises at the time of the incident.
