SAN MARINO: New anti-Covid rules, no Green pass for restaurants
New restrictive measures for public places are returning to San Marino, in particular the use of Green passes and masks. However, bars and restaurants are exempt from the obligation to show a pass.
The new anti-Covid decree of the Republic of San Marino, valid until 10 December, contains more stringent measures for indoor premises at risk of crowding. However, access to shops and restaurants remains without a Green pass, but with the obligation of a mask, which is also valid for discos, arcades and bowling alleys.
The letting pass is used to participate in shows, parties, dances, sporting and non-sporting events, collective or individual contact sports and request a circuit where the mixed use of equipment is foreseen. To this end, the San Marino Green pass, the European one, the anti-Covid vaccination card, the antibody certificate, the vaccination certificate or the negative swab are valid.
Shopping centers, supermarkets, personal services, but also bars and restaurants remain normally accessible, without a pass, but with the obligation of a mask. In activities that administer food or drinks, the device must be worn when entering, exiting and when moving around the premises.
A fine of 300 euros is foreseen for those who do not respect the rules, both for users and for the owners of the activities. The new decree, explains the Congress of State, collects the WHO appeal which urged to reconsider the social measures to prevent the resurgence of infections.
