According to Covid’s Interministerial Monitoring Committee, in a statement quoted by the EFE agency, passengers from 84 countries are required to present a vaccination certificate and a negative PCR test, and upon arrival in Morocco there will be double control with thermal chambers and electronic thermometers, in addition to making antigen testicles.

Travelers who present positive results do not enter Morocco and need to immediately embark on a return trip to their place of origin, which will be paid for by the airline or maritime company in which they traveled.

“Any passenger who confirms their arrival in Morocco cannot access the national territory and must immediately return to the country of origin”, the statement reads, does not qualify that passengers with permanent residence in Morocco will not be ‘returned’.

According to Covid’s Interministerial Monitoring Committee, there will be medical teams in all ports and airports across the country.

These measures were protected for “preserved as important achievements of Morocco in the fight against covid-19”.
