San Marino. Finance Commission in the name of debt, state liquidity, expensive bills and NPLs
“The foreign public debt, the state liquidity, but also the imminent high bills, in the light of the proposals sent by Aass to the Authority for the regulation of public services and energy, the activity of the public vehicle on Npls : these are the issues addressed in the Communications paragraph of today’s Finance Council Commission, meeting today in Palazzo Pubblico.
At the end of the debate, the Agenda presented by Repubblica futura was rejected to ask for a reference from the Secretary of State for Finance, among other things, on the amount of State liquidity and to know the destination of the 490 million euros of resources generated by debt and to gain insight into the desire to increase the current debt. The Odg is rejected with 10 votes against, 4 in favor, one abstention and zero non-voting.
The Commission then moves on to the last point of the work, the examination of the Bill “Measures for resolving disputes relating to tax treatment – amicable procedures (MAP) under the agreements on double taxation and exchange of information in fiscal matters ”, presented by the Secretary of State for Finance, Marco Gatti. The provision “arises from the need to adapt the national law to the best international practices defined in the OECD – explains the Secretary of State – in the matter of international disputes referred to in Article 25 of the OECD Model of the international convention against double taxation”. The provision, of a technical nature, is dismissed without intervention by the commissioners and approved without votes against, 10 in favor and one abstention. The sole speaker is Stefano Giulianelli, Pdcs. The session thus ends a beautiful morning “.
