Lisbon will have a virtual (and solidary) ski and snowboard competition
A little over a year ago, the Ski Academy Lisboa was born in Laranjeiras, a gym with fitness equipment, where the resistance piece is a very realistic ski and snowboard simulator. Now, Ski Academy challenges the community and slide into the Ski Academy Cup Big, two virtual competitions scheduled for December 4th and 5th. Registration is open to anyone who has already done a training session on the simulator (15 € -45 €), but even those who have never tried it, can do it before the competition.
Enrollments are open until 30 November and have a value of €15, which reverts in full to Ajuda de Berço, an association founded in 1998 to “give a lap, care and a home to unprotected babies and children” who are waiting for a family of adoption or return to the biological family. Participants will be offered a “Welcome Kit” and an “Après-ski Drink”.
Anyone who wants can take a “cheerleader”, with a limit of two people (they have to be few, but good), and the events will be disputed by a maximum of 50 participants, in three timed and consecutive heats. The regulation can be consulted in the official website from Sky Academy.
Sky Academy Lisbon. Rua Carlos Oliveira, 2A. December 4th and 5th. 9:00 am €15.
