The inauguration of the Radio Monaco studio in New York
On the occasion of the inauguration of the offices of Radio Monaco in New York City, Joachim Garraud tells us about this novelty and its conception. Here is a studio with a rather particular design, since it is in the shape of a flying saucer. For the first live scheduled for Friday, and for those who want to discover the American city, the studio offers video content, including a stream in which the public can discover some of the most famous places in New York.
Joachim Garraud’s journey
Trained at Radio Maximum, the first radio specialized in music (dance, electronics, etc.) in France, Joachim Garraud is involved in the co-production of musical albums for David Guetta and other artists. Over the years, the music led the Radio Monaco team to the Americas where they were able to record sounds towards the Brooklyn Bridge and Washington Place. “I didn’t just want DJs for Radio Monaco, but also artists who sing the kind of music you hear in New York” explains Joachim. A first step towards the radio expansion project in New York.
