Meanwhile, the Titan is also grappling with the daily routine of garbage collection, with smart bins used improperly and with piles of garbage bags placed outside. But there is also the “challenge” of cross-border transport of waste, which must be taken to the facilities across the border, a circumstance that, upon seeing the resolutions, some hesitation has created it in the AASS Board of Directors. In the meantime, with resolution 244 of 6 October, Aass initiates a private negotiation with Hera for the final disposal of urban waste in Emilia Romagna for the year 2022, an operation that will cost up to a maximum of 2,435,000 euros.
