Air Transat will resume scheduled service between Brussels and Montreal in May
Air Transat is deploying an Airbus A321neo LR, the newest addition to the fleet, on the scheduled service between Brussels and Montreal. There is room for 199 passengers on board this aircraft. Of these, 12 can travel in Club Class (a kind of Premium Economy in a 2-2 configuration) and the rest in Economy (3-3).
In partnership with TGV InOui, Air Transat also maintains its Train+Air service, which develops daily connections all year round from Brussels-South to Paris CDG with a flight to Canada. The airline also flies to Toronto and Quebec City from Paris.
Schiphol
Aviation News previously announced that Air Transat will return to Schiphol in the summer season. Not with one, but with two scheduled services: to Toronto and – new – also to Montreal. The Canadians use the Airbus A321neo LR and Airbus A330 on those routes.
The flights between Schiphol and Montreal will be operated once a week from May and three times a week from June. On the scheduled service to Toronto, the frequency will gradually increase to four flights a week during the summer holidays.
