Winner of the Toulouse and La Rochelle stages last August, Monaco comes forward as one, if not THE favorite, of this SuperSeven 2021. And for the final organized this Saturday, November 13 in Paris – La Défense Arena, the Rocher team called on two renowned players to defend its colors.
The first is the South African Cecil afrika. Best player in the world at 7 in 2011, the Blitzbok took part in the two stages of Toulouse and La Rochelle. “He is a great player on the 7-a-side circuit, his influence and his presence can only strengthen our desire to perform,” manager Frédéric Michalak reacted last August.

The “second recruit” is the Englishman Dan Norton (33 Years). Silver medalist at the Rio Olympics in 2016, the “gold-plated rocket”, with mad support and confusing speed, is quite simply the best test scorer in the history of the circuit at 7 (354). A serious asset for the Monegasques, who will have the honor of opening the day on Saturday with a quarter-final against La Rochelle.
