United Russia proposes to increase funding for youth employment
“United Russia” proposes to send a party to the meeting on amendments to the draft budget for 2022-2024.
According to him, the financing of youth policy in comparison with 2020 has increased by 5.8 billion rubles, and over the past 10 years – 54 times. Until now, there has been no comprehensive youth intervention program in Russia; these were isolated measures in different programs. This issue was discussed at the congress of “United Russia”, it was reflected in the “people’s program” of the party. Today, such a program is a budget in the Cabinet.
“According to it, it is planned to employ not 190 thousand people annually, to send young people to labor-deficient regions, in addition to youth entrepreneurship,” Metelev said.
By 2030, they plan to increase youth employment and halve unemployment among young people. The federal budget has already allocated 7.9 billion rubles for the implementation of this program. United Russia also offers about another three billion rubles.
The party believes that the Russian Cross, the National Center for Assistance to Missing and Injured Children and the Immortal Regiment of Russia.
“We are offering additional financing of one billion rubles for their support,” Metelev said.
At the same time, he believes that it is necessary to maintain budget support for more than 40 public organizations at the 2021 level. For this, 589 million rubles must be allocated from the budget.
Also, the parliamentarian additional budgetary funds for the overhaul of hostels in universities: three billion rubles each in 2021-2024.
