The facts take place on Saturday 6 November 2021, at Toulouse, around 5 a.m. As they are driving on the ring road, a man starts hitting his company while driving.
It was a friend of the young woman who sounded the alarm. When the police arrived there, they found two cars parked on the emergency lane, on the outer ring road, between the exits. Rose garden and Croix-Daurade.

Two young women took refuge in one of the cars where they were locked. A man, very angry, walks around the vehicle. One of the two women has numerous injuries, some of them old.
The young women then explain to the police that they were in the evening when the man, the spouse of the one with the wounds, joined them. Upon returning home, as he was drunk, his company insisted on driving.

To the police, the young woman explains that this is not the first time that her companion has beaten her, still against a background of alcohol and jealousy. The blows he dealt him this Saturday, November 6 led the forensic scientist to prescribe 6 days of ITT to the young woman, who filed a complaint.
The attacker was referred on November 7, 2021, then left free under judicial supervision. He will be summoned to court on March 8, 2022.
