Libeň Castle in the city district of Prague 8 was occupied by ghosts on Saturday afternoon. Dušička’s evening in Prague 8 was again surrounded by a mysterious atmosphere. The city district organized the event for the sixth time. As every year, the evening is enjoyed mainly by the smallest ones, for whom a rich use has been prepared.
In the chateau courtyard, sales stands were available to the public, offering various products, from snacks to gift items. Visitors could also use, among other things, art workshops and a photo corner.
The main attraction, however, was undoubtedly the tours of the castle itself, where children and adults had haunted encounters with various mysterious characters. The event enjoys great public interest every year. Over a thousand visitors came and 870 of them took advantage of guided tours of the castle.
In addition to the organizers, some visitors came in masks, which further supported the haunting atmosphere of the evening. Every year, Dušičkový večer in Prague 8 offers a combination of the joy of a beautiful evening and a light pleasant pleasant fear.
The rich and original pumpkin decoration of the chateau courtyard was borrowed from the Prague Botanical Garden. Today, the pumpkins will be transported to the Prague Zoo, where they will serve as food.
