What are the obstacles to investment ?
If a lot of people don’t get into a real estate project, the number 1 reason isn’t money as you might think. It should also be noted that more than one in two French people express difficulty in accessing a mortgage (51%).
Participatory real estate ?
There are several investment schemes in real estate, but participatory is not yet one of the best known to the general public. Indeed, 66% of French people admit not knowing the principle of participatory real estate.
” That more than 4 English on 6 don’t know how participatory real estate works is no surprise. We are currently doing a lot of evangelism work to explain how this method of investing works. A solution that allows anyone, with € 10 of investment power in real estate projects, to receive a rental yield every month and obviously to benefit from a real estate capital gain. It is a particularly simple and above all very affordable way to get started in real estate and to do it as early as possible in your life. “, a comment Cédric O’Neill, founder and CEO of Bricks.co.
The French ready for participatory ?
With participatory real estate, it is possible to commit very small sums to a project. But are the French interested in this type of process? It would seem that yes since more than 88% would be likely and able to put at least 10 € within the framework of a participative real estate.
