TRACKED 63 YEARS OLD DISAPPEARED FROM PISA
A 63-year-old man suffering from Alzheimer’s, left the oratory of the Cep in Pisa last Thursday afternoon, making him lose track.
The man, yesterday afternoon, presented himself in a confused state and without documents at a Spezzino Medical Center in via Monfalcone, only vaguely managing to remember his name.
The heads of the medical center call the operations room of the Police Headquarters asking for help. The steering wheel once in place and thanks also to an internet search carried out with the help of the medical staff of the center who came to identify the person for the one who had disappeared on the afternoon of November 4 from Pisa San Rossore.
The man, overall in good health, accompanied by the steering wheel staff to the police station where the investigations of the case continued.
Through the police headquarters in Pisa, the final confirmation was obtained that it was the person who was the subject of a previous report of disappearance, at which point the family members who left immediately for La Spezia were informed.
At about 8.30 pm his brother arrived at the police station who, with great joy, could embrace the missing man and, thanking the operating staff for the care and attention given, shortly afterwards left for Pisa.
