“No discrimination for the unvaccinated”
The Guarantor Board rejected the legitimacy review on the three decrees issued for the Covid emergency
Three decrees on the Covid emergency, exactly the number 85, 97 and 107, had submitted to the Guarantor Board of the Constitutionality of the norms the constitutional legitimacy review. All issued by the government this year to deal with the pandemic. In recent days, the Guarantor Board has expressed itself declaring the syndicate of constitutional legitimacy unfounded. The question was raised with an act signed by about 800 citizens of San Marino and offered by the ‘Salute Attiva’ association and the ‘Libertà per San Marino’ group. The object of the dispute was, for the proponents, the “seeing opposing – the deed reads – in terms of and rights of vaccinated and unvaccinated subjects, without any legal or scientific reason that could justify such an infringement of fundamental human rights” (…)
