Official dealers can deceive motorists by imposing services on them, which in fact are not performed. About this method of deceiving customers told Russian auto mechanic portal NGS24.ru in the framework of the project “What pisses me off”.
The specialist notes that in most cases, drivers are afraid to leave the official dealer. “They came there every 15 thousand kilometers to change the oil, although this should be done every 7 thousand. Sometimes it is just horrible, “- said the auto mechanic.
He illustrated the situation, how clients are cheated for money. “We have one center, from where people come with black oil, although they changed it 5 thousand kilometers ago according to the papers – but this way it will darken only 30 thousand kilometers away,” noted the auto mechanic.
Experts agree that in his service, employees try not to impose unnecessary services on customers, since they even dismiss employees.
Earlier, Russian drivers had the opportunity to avoid responsibility for a road traffic accident. The culprit of the accident will not be punished if the second motorist before the accident violated the traffic rules (SDA).
