Mercato: excellent news for Al-Khelaïfi and Paris SG!
Deprived of Lionel or even Sergio Ramos and Marco Verratti, PSG won on the Girondins de Bordeaux field on the 13th day of Ligue 1, thanks to a double from Neymar and a goal from Kylian Mbappé, perfectly served by Georginio Wijnaldum (2-3).
A new victory by a small but gap from Paris SG which therefore allows Mauricio Pochettino’s men to consolidate their first place in the standings. But shortly before this meeting between PSG and the Girondins de Bordeaux, excellent news fell concerning the Mercato for the Parisian club passed by Nasser Al-Khelaïfi.
Indeed, if Paris Saint-Germain and its president Nasser Al-Khelaïfi had strongly marked the spirits last summer during the Mercato with the signatures of Lionel Messi, Sergio Ramos, Georginio Wijnaldum, Achraf Hakimi, Gianluigi Donnarumma and Nuno Mendes, the Parisian leaders have already been looking for a new midfielder and a new striker, in order to anticipate a possible departure of Kylian Mbappé to Real Madrid at the end of the season.
This is why, in addition to the track leading to Paul Pogba, Leonardo and PSG greatly appreciated the profile of Marcelo Brozovic (28), whose contract with Inter Milan will expire next June. Also targeted by Liverpool FC or Juventus Turin, the midfielder of the Croatian national team has reportedly refused a new extension proposal from the Nerazzurri, and the latter were therefore now considering placing him on the transfer list to the Mercato in January, so as not to see it from this summer, according to several transalpine media.
A boon therefore for Nasser Al-Khelaïfi and Paris SG which should henceforth be a royal road on the track leading to Marcelo Brozovic (Inter Milan) … Case to be continued for the PSG of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Kylian Mbappé!
