Luxe Pack Monaco 2021 attracted nearly 8,000 visitors
After 18 months marked by a health crisis and economic uncertainties, the latest edition of the Luxe Pack Monaco show brought together 7860 visitors from September 27 to 29, 2021, according to the organizers. A figure to be compared to the 9,240 visitors of the 2019 edition.
” Even if the show was less international than usual, this edition recorded an unexpected attendance “, They underline in a press release. ” The quality was exceptional: all the actions had to guarantee the presence of the high-profiles of the big luxury houses bore their fruit since we improved the proportion of brands in our visitor. », They add.
The near absence of American, British and Asian visitors was partly offset by a 15% increase in the number of visitors français and 7% of Spanish companies.
Unsurprisingly, most of the 450 exhibitors gathered for this 2021 opus paid particular attention to sustainability issues, with numerous innovations aimed at reducing the environmental footprint of packaging. A theme that was also at the heart of the two conference programs which brought together 1,600 listeners.
” This Luxe Pack 2021 edition was once again intense and rewarding. We were finally very many to meet again this year, and very happy to finally meet again to exchange and discuss face to face. Despite all the problems that we are currently encountering between shortages of raw materials, price increases, transport problems, I have felt a great listening and sharing of information in complete transparency, whether with our partners or our partners. colleagues. We feel that this fair helps us to better understand the situations and to move forward together in the same direction. Like every year, we are also pleased to discover new innovations, even if they are more and more focused on CSR, a subject that has become a priority. », Commented Marion Trossat, Purchasing and Packaging Development Director at Interpafums.
The importance of environmental issues once again embodied in the Luxe Pack awards in green, which this year received more than 50 applications and awarded three companies: Estal, ICMA and Groupe Pochet.
