Toulouse. Zoran Dukic plays Bach and Piazzolla for the new season of Toulouse Guitare
Orchestrated by Thibaut Garcia, the Toulouse Guitar season continues with the Croatian virtuoso Zoran Dukic.
Bach and Piazzolla will be in the spotlight from the program, as well as Dušan Bogdanović and Agustín Barrios. A repertoire that travels from Europe to Latin America, reflecting the multiple facets of this daring musician!
Croatian guitarist Zoran Dukic is recognized as one of the most talented artists of our time, with a strong and daring musical personality. His mastery of dynamics and his search for new sound textures make the guitar speak in all its facets.
Whether in recital, chamber music or with orchestra, Zoran Dukic’s concerts have won over audiences and international critics. He has performed in the most prestigious venues in the world: from Carnegie Hall in New York to the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, including the Palau de la Música in Barcelona.
Alicia Stubbe, student at the Institut Supérieur des Arts de Toulouse (IsdaT), in the class of Benoît Albert and Rémi Jousselme, provided the first part of the concert.
