Toulouse. Several hundred motorcyclists march on the ring road against the “consequences of the ZFE”

An impressive procession of bikers has been parading since 2:30 p.m. on the ring road Toulouse, Saturday 6 November 2021. Several hundred two-wheelers are mobilized for a snail operation against “consequences of the application of the Low Emission Zone (ZFE)”.

About twenty organizations representing the automobile and motorcycles are at the origin of this gathering. The demonstrators left the Sesquières nautical base before joining the ring road.

The procession, made up of motorcycles and cars, made traffic difficult. According to Toulouse Périph, at 3:10 p.m., it took 29 minutes to make the trip Lalande-Bordelongue. At 5 p.m., the demonstrators were still on the ring road, in the Montaudran sector. The procession separated around 5:45 p.m.
Covered radars
Among the highlights of the event, we can mention the tarpaulins of radar on the ring road of the Pink City.
Furthermore, Jean-Luc Lagleize, the deputy (MoDem) of the 2nd district of Haute-Garonne, met the demonstrators. He calls for the ZFE not to become a “Zone for Economic Favorites”.
