Appeals to the ECHR, the case of Ms GMMC

“Given the latest articles in the press on the millionaire reimbursements that the State could pay following the numerous appeals in the ECHR – writes the lawyer Marino Federico Fattori -, Mrs. GMMC, my intermediary, intends to bring back to the attention of the public opinion on your case, also in the ECHR and which could greatly increase the reimbursements that San Marino would be required to pay, considering that the report drawn up to quantify the damage and non-pecuniary damage she suffered amounted to Euro 7 , 5 million in 2018 and that today, in consideration of the significant psycho-physical aggravation of the lady, it has considerably increased.

The salient points of the still unsolved case are recalled:

• the appraisal was delivered to the Government of San Marino by the previous Ambassador of the Italian Republic Dr. Guido Cerboni;
• the Government’s failure to respond to the numerous settlement proposals advanced as well as the Government’s failure to respond to the ECHR and its representative before the Court of Daniele;
• the story of the Official Bulletins of CBSM relating to the compulsory administrative liquidation of Asset Banca SpA, still not clarified by CBSM despite the reminders also from the Italian Institutions starting from 2018;
• the State is illegally entertaining EU citizen money despite the substantial verification of the theft by the Criminal Judge;
• the censorship of San Marino and Italian information on the case;
• common certifications of accounts between controlled and auditor.

These elements do nothing but aggravate the direct and indirect damage suffered by Ms GMMC and those who, as a result of this affair, found themselves unfortunately involved.
