In Ukraine, I want to allow the cleansing of people after they appear to have received false vaccination certificates. The Minister of Health told journalists in Kyiv.
“We are currently working on the connection between the so-called coveted amnesty, as we call it,” Mr Lyashko said.
The point is that if a person has purchased a fake certificate and then wants to make a real recovery to make it possible.
At present, a person cannot be vaccinated in Ukraine if his condition is in the vaccination database. Even if the vaccination itself was not.
“We need to remove it. We are working on a model of how to do it,” the minister said.

At the same time, Viktor Lyashko said that vaccinated people who are admitted to co-doctors often admit to doctors about their fake certificates.
95-97% of co-hospitals are people without vaccinations.
“Every case when a vaccinated person takes part in resuscitation or dies, there is a special commission. That the factors that occurred and why the person died,” – said the minister.

Since the beginning of 2021, the Security Service of Ukraine and the police have opened more than one criminal case regarding the forgery of vaccination certificates and test codes.
In these figures 78 medical workers and 35 employees of travel agencies.
Recently, Nadiya Savia, a former Batkivshchyna MP, and her sister Vira were detained at Boryspil Airport with a fake vaccination certificate. In this case, the police opened a criminal case.
The SBU liquidated 23 schemes of production and sale of fake vaccination certificates. There are already 60 convictions for forgery.
The Verkhovna Rada recently approved in first reading Bill № 6084, which is responsible for forging restoration documents.
