La Fabrique en Ville
La Fabrique en Ville is located in a small oasis of tranquility a few steps from the Avenue de la Toison d’Or. The lamps hanging from the ceiling, the white and wicker chairs that don’t match and the many plants give this place a unique character. Brunch is prepared every Saturday, Sunday and public holiday from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. The chef creates everything on site with fresh products, ranging from fruit salads, sandwiches, pastries, muesli, granola, pancakes with salted butter caramel lemon curd, scrambled eggs, cheeses, charcuterie… In short, all the things for a delicious brunch, and all for just €29 per person. Le Chatelain Brussels Hotel
If we have to describe the brunch of Le Châtelain Brussels Hotel in one word, it is ‘extensive’. You will find all kinds of fruit – from watermelon to dragon fruit and passion fruit – on the menu, first also an assortment of cheeses, beef carpaccio with parmesan cheese, smoked salmon, sweet potatoes, a thousand and one salads, gourmet desserts… A home mecca for foodies where bubbles and homemade lemonades come together. The concept of brunch at Garage-à-Manger is simple: There is one fixed formula and you are supposed to eat your entire plate. On the menu: a hearty buffet with often a soup of the day, an assortment of cold meats (smoked sausage, confit pork belly…), soft-boiled eggs at a low temperature, various salads, and a sweet buffet with pastries, homemade spreads, homemade granola, fruit… All in the typical Garage-à-Manger atmosphere, which means… in a garage, of course! It is located on the former Pêle-Mêle in Ixelles. The price is €25 per adult for brunch and €32 if you have a glass of bubbly mimosa wilt.

You can also have brunch all day long at Woodpecker.
