Unemployed urged five 12-year-olds to nude photos – Salzburg
Because he was bored, a Salzburg girl urged five girls to send him nude photos. He also threatened a peer and his mother.
The judge at the Salzburg Regional Court had to decide on an unusual hodgepodge of offenses. In front of her sat a 21-year-old unemployed person who is described by the “Kronen Zeitung” as “corpulent”. He is said to have urged a total of five girls to send him nude photos “apparently out of boredom”.
In addition, he is said to have tried to blackmail the “crown” in accordance with a peer with photos, and in the end he even threatened his mother. “I’m guilty,” he says in the dock, after spending several months behind bars.
Alcohol ban
He couldn’t explain why he threatened his mother. Part of this is definitely due to his alcohol consumption, but he now knows “that it was not right”. The court had previously imposed an alcohol ban on him. An expert report confirmed that he had a mental disorder.
Everyone agrees that therapy is needed now. The sentence is for 24 months of partially conditional imprisonment, the unconditional part of which has already been served. “Time will tell whether there is any real insight,” the public prosecutor concludes.
