With regard to this matter, the Institute for Social Security intends first of all to reassure the San Marino community that all the guests of the RSA alla Fiorina are assisted following the best and most therapeutic and health indications and that each guest is followed and treated with the same attention. , professionalism and humanity. Specifically, we inform you that at the moment no RSA guest needs therapies for which these medicines are indicated by international guidelines. However, it regrets to note the alarming, generic and imprecise content of the health information contained in the articles, which risks generating unjustified fears in the patients and in the relatives of the guests.
