Dmitry Rybolovlev, President of AS Monaco, accepted the resignation of Mr. Willy de Bruyn, who had been a member of the Board of Directors since 2011. Mr. Rybolovlev proposed to Mr. De Bruyn to become Advisor to the General Manager of the club .
Juan Sartori joined the Board of Directors as a new member.
Mr. Sartori was born in 1981 in Montevideo, Uruguay.
He graduated from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales of the University of Lausanne, Switzerland.
Mr. Sartori has extensive experience in managing companies in different countries. He sits on the Board of Directors of six companies, including Union Acquisition Group, of which he is a co-founder and non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Mr Sartori also owns a stake in English League One football club Sunderland, which he acquired with a consortium of associates in 2018. He is a member of the Sunderland Board of Directors.
Since 2015, Juan Sartori has been married to Ekaterina Rybolovleva.
In addition to joining the Board of Directors, Mr. Sartori was also appointed Vice-President of AS Monaco. As a member of the Board of Directors and Vice-President, he supports the efforts of the Board of Directors to keep the club’s strategy in step with the ever-changing football landscape and will oversee the execution of the strategy by the management team.

Oleg Petrov remains a member of the Board of Directors, Vice-President and General Manager of AS Monaco. He remains responsible for all operational activities of the club. Many positive structural changes have been made by club management over the past season. We will keep our focus on continuous improvement. “
