The Emilia-Romagna Guide to Table 2022 is here. Here are the 13 winners
In its first edition, the Emilia-Romagna Guide at Table 2022 it is directed by Andrea Grignaffini and Alberto Cauzzi, gastronomic critics and profound connoisseurs of the territory, and created in collaboration with the Passione Gourmet team. To win “The Pot of the Year” is Isa Mazzocchi the restaurant “La Palta” in Borgonovo Val Tidone (PC), awarded by the Consorzio Tutela Grana Padano; to win “The Cuisine that honors the Territory” is Gianpietro Stancari the restaurant “Ai Due Platani” (PR), awarded by Tommaso Vicino; to win “The Cellar of the Year” is Francesco Cioria the restaurant “San Domenico” in Imola (BO), awarded by Alex Fulvi; to win “Sommelier of the Year” is Andrea Fiorini the “Magnolia” restaurant in Cesenatico (FC), awarded by GianMaria Cesari, managing director Umberto Cesari; to win “The Best Bubbles Card” is Marco Dallabona of the restaurant “Stella d’Oro” in Soragna (PR), awarded by Canevel; to win “The Young Man of the Year” is Giuseppe Gasperoni of the restaurant “Povero Diavolo” in Poggio Torriana (RN), awarded by Michele Laterza; to win “Research and Innovation” is Gianluca Gorini of the restaurant “DaGorini” in San Piero in Bagno (FC) awarded by Enrico Berto. The winner of “News of the Year” is Jacopo Malpeli the restaurant “Osteria del Viandante” in Rubera (RE), awarded by Emanuel Vanzetti; to win “Maitre of the Year” is Camilla Corbelli of the restaurant “Abocar Due Cucine” in Rimini (RN), awarded by Paolo Varesi; to win “The Fish Kitchen of the Year” is Jacopo Ticchi from the restaurant “Da Lucio” in Rimini (RN), awarded by Enrico Berto, the winner of “Donna di Spirito” is Daniela Bertozzi from the restaurant “Podere San Faustino” in Fidenza (PR), awarded by Alberto Trabatti; to win “Pizzeria of the Year” is Davide Fiorentini of the pizzeria “O ‘Fiore Mio” in Faenza (RA), awarded by Antimo Caputo.
