A 24-year-old Yemeni who left to live in Russia was stuck in the transit zone of Vnukovo airport without a passport and food and was unable to return home. As reported by Mash in Telegram, Russian border guards took his passport, which they do not intend to return so far.
Ali left Yemen for Russia in 2018. The citizen did not want to stay in the country because of the civil war. Now this summer, the foreigner’s visa to Russia expired, he decided to leave for Abkhazia and draw up the necessary documents there. His idea was unsuccessful, which is why Ali issued a Fan ID for the Euro match in St. Petersburg, which expired before the Yemeni planned to resolve the issue of a visa in Russia. Then the citizen decided to do everything in Turkey, where he was deployed back upon arrival, accusing him of the inaccuracy of the documents presented.
Currently, Ali, who is in Vnukovo, has a closed transport visa. The Yemeni turned to volunteers for help.
In November, about 1.5 thousand people were stuck at the Strigino airport in Nizhny Novgorod. As reported RIA News, people waiting for departure were brought pizza, soups, juices and water. Doctors were on duty in “Strigino” in case some of the passengers also needed help.
