Toulouse. Place du Capitole reserved for children for 2 days –
Thursday 4 and Friday 5 November, the City of Toulouse and its organizing partners, Place du Capitole, two days rich in activities, games, and meetings on the occasion of Youth and Children’s Rights Day.
It is an opportunity for children, young people, families and professionals to meet and express themselves on the rights of the child and the place of young people in the city. The Town Hall invites them to gather in the heart of the city during these two festive days of which Julia Forma, graffiti artist, will be the godmother.
Thursday, at 1:45 p.m., children will parade to the rhythm of the Batucada. During the afternoon, they can visit the photo exhibition, try their hand at sporting urban routes, play board games, and work in workshops on the city of the future with in particular the giant LEGO construction of a ideal city, …
Friday, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., 4/7 year olds will have a sports course dedicated to wrestling, skateboarding, fencing and boxing. The teen clubs will meet a delegation of elected officials headed by Djillali Lahiani, Deputy Mayor in charge of youth, municipal council chamber as part of a national questionnaire from Unicef on the living conditions of 6 / 18 years old. The afternoon will be punctuated by workshops and sports activities offered to all.
These two days will end on Friday November 5 with a classical music concert by Musicolus, the symphony orchestra made up of young people aged 12 to 18, in the Saint-Sernin basilica.
