Since October 15, CocoRosa, the first donut bar in Toulouse, opened its doors in rue Boulbonne near the Saint-Georges district. A concept launched by Colin, a Norman in love with the pink city who associated his nickname “Coco” and his city of heart to name his company.

Holder of a BTS hotelier, this big fan of Anglo-Saxon culture worked his dough and his recipes for 3 years before being definitively developed. The recipes, which revisit the donut with French sauce, are developed in a laboratory located in Plaisance-du-Touch (Haute-Garonne) from a delicious dough that fermented for 10 hours.
